  • What are the rules/regulations for importing a vehicle?
    Kindly check our import procedures page for some import regulations in your country, however as we are based in Singapore, we might not have much information, Kindly contact your local custom authorities for detailed information about vehicle importation.
  • What are your office hours?
    Our admin and accounts office are open from 9 am to 7pm SGT, due to different time zones of countries we are doing business in, our sales staff are available most of the time even after office hours. Modern technology, helps us to get in touch with our clients better. You can always email us or you can also get in touch with us on our hotline number at your convenient time. Live Help is also available most of the time during the day, ensuring your queries are replied well.
  • Where do I enter my discount code on your website?
    Sorry we are not entertaining any discount codes at the moment.
  • What languages can you do business in?
    Chinese/ English / Indian and Malay are official languages in Singapore and we are able to communicate in same. However in most countries we have our custom agents, and if you really have issues with above language, kindly visit your country page and contact our custom agents for assistance on conveying your message to us.
  • How are the conditions of vehicle advertised?
    As best of our knowledge, our cars are handpicked and carefully selected.
  • Can you ship auto parts inside the vehicle I am buying?
    Yes sure we can, if your country allows you to import the parts in the vehicle, we surely can assist on same. However it is on Custom authorities both in Singapore and your destination to allow us to do the same.

Cars for Export Information.

  • Do you list the manufactured year of your vehicles?
    Yes indeed, all vehicles listed have year of manufacture mentioned on their listings. We also duly mention first date of registration of the vehicle.
  • Does the vehicle come with an English manual?
    Our official language in Singapore is English, so most (98 percent) of vehicles in Singapore come with full English interface and English owner manual if available.
  • Does my car has full Radio Frequency, how about In Dash Information is it english?
    Our official language in Singapore is English, All our cars have full English interface with full Radio frequencies.
  • Can I request vehicles not listed on your website?
    Yes, please use contact us page to send us your enquiry.
  • How are the conditions of vehicle advertised?

Buying a vehicle and making payments.

  • How will I receive Proforma Invoice for the vehicle?
    Proforma invoice, upon request, will be emailed to you, if you require it to be sent by fax, it will be faxed to you on number provided.
  • What information will Proforma Invoice have?
    Proforma invoice are official documents, we will duly mention vehicle details, price break down, consignee/ buyer details, shipping mode, payment mode, inspection if required details. Our company details with our company official registration number will be mentioned on the invoice. For your easiness and added security, our bank account details will be duly mentioned on the invoice.
  • What payment modes are accepted?
    We accept, most commonly use payment methods. Please refer to our payment page for more information.
  • What is the validity of Proforma invoice, how long vehicle is kept on hold for me?
    Invoices are by default valid for 3 days from date of issue, and due date is duly mentioned on invoice, kindly make payment on or before due date and fax/ email is with payment proof to confirm the sale, However if you require more time, please let us know and we will extend payment date to suite your needs.
  • How I will know if you have received payments?
    Upon receipt of your payment proof, our accounts office will get on with your funds tracing, once payment shows up, our admin office will duly update. We will email you with sales/commercial invoice, confirming payment is received in full.
  • What happens if I change my mind and want to change the vehicle after I have paid?
    Once a vehicle is paid for, we dont allow changes to the vehicle, All sales are final and non refundable, so kindly make up your mind before making payment, any change is on sole discretion of company management.

  • How can I become member of Prestige Auto Export Pte Ltd?
    On top most right corner, please click on login and register button, Please enter your details and click submit button, chose a login and password. Upon submitting online form, you will receive official email from us, confirming your member ship.
  • What privileges I get if I am a member of Prestige Auto Export?
    Upon signing up as a member, you will be part of our family of importers. Your details will be added to our data base and we will ensure you get priority.   • Can you tell me what condition the vehicle is in?
    As best of our knowledge, our cars are handpicked and carefully selected. Mechanically inspected and are in tidy condition as best of our knowledge.
  • I really like the car, what should I do now, there is no price on the website?
    We Believe in one to one relationship with our clients, personal assistance is always offered. Kindly click the Inquire Now button, fill up the form and click Send, A dedicated sales staff will be assigned to you immediately, sales staff will duly email you with the pricing, detailed pictures of the vehicle. Courier and Documentation for the Vehicle

  • My vehicle departed Singapore shores, what next?
    We will prepare documents for the vehicle, which you will require to clear the vehicle.
  • What documents for the vehicle will I get?
    Standard documents required and sent are Original Bill of Ladings, De Registration Certificate, Original Commercial/ Sales Invoice, Insurance ( if applicable), Inspection certificate (if applicable). If you country requires any more documents, please let us know in advance so we can assist in same.
  • When will you courier the documents and how long will it take to get my documents?
    In a few days' time of vessel departure we will courier the documents to you, copy of all the documents will be duly emailed to you and the courier will be sent out. It takes around 3 to 4 days to receive your parcel.
  • What courier companies do you use? Will I get tracking number to trace my parcel?
    We use first class courier companies for your documents. We normally use services of DHL Express, FEDEX and UPS. Once documents are dispatched, our office will duly email you with Track and Trace number for tracking of your parcel

Collection and receiving of the vehicle

  • When exactly my vehicle will arrive at the port? What is the actual date of arrival?
    Our custom agents/ shipping agent will call/ email you on arrival date, or you can also call/ email them to inquire about the arrival date. Or you can also call up shipping line to inquire about same. You can also email our office and we can update you on same.
  • Original Bill of Ladings and Car clearance
    Please make note that original Bill of Ladings are needed to clear the vehicle which are couriered to you. Please handle them with care and pass them to your custom agents to clear the vehicle.
  • I want the car to be sent to my country, can you help, but we don’t have a sea port here?
    Yes we can, kindly visit country pages for more details on the same. Our agents can land transport the vehicle to you.
